Damaged or Incorrect Products

      • If you received a damaged product due to shipping issues or the product you received was not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In these cases, we offer:
      • Replacement: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Our team will guide you through the process of returning a damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll send you a new one as soon as possible.

Replacement Steps:

      • Contact our customer service team with details of the issue, including your order number, product details, a video, and 4 clear photos of the products (2 inside and 2 outside the shipping box).
      • Our team will review the details and, if your return request is approved, will provide you with instructions on the return process.
      • Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the replacement based on the status of your order.

Refund:

      • Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
      • If you don’t receive your order—regardless of the reason—and it’s returned to our warehouse, we will refund your purchase amount in full.
      • If any of the items purchased are currently unavailable, we will process a refund for those items.
