- Before starting the lice removal session, the client will be examined and the number of sessions required will be determined to ensure the hair is completely lice-free. If the client requires another session, the next session will be scheduled within seven days after the first session.
- We guarantee that the hair is completely lice-free. If there are any signs of lice or nits within 48 hours of our guarantee, we will re-examine and perform a session free of charge.
- We keep clear records of the number of sessions provided.
- We cannot guarantee that a person will not become infected with lice again.
- We operate according to strict hygiene protocols and health and safety regulations. New equipment is used, which is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized for each client. Rooms are disinfected and cleaned between clients.
- All steps of the de-lice sessions are performed manually using smart technology. We do not use lice treatment products in our work or process – therefore, no dimethicone, chemicals, or pesticides are used at any time. To help us pass the lice comb through the hair to remove eggs during the combing process, we use the center’s proprietary nit and lice remover. This non-toxic, non-irritating, pesticide-free remover is simply applied while combing to facilitate combing.
- All appointments must be paid in advance. Payment is made to Hair Solutions Ladies Salon.
- All prices include VAT.
- We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the session.
- All hair specialists are trained and screened by the company’s management to ensure their suitability for working with children.
- If we notice a scalp condition in a client, we are unable to provide lice removal services for fear that prolonged combing could exacerbate or spread the condition. We advise the client to seek medical advice.
